Nails Envy in Pensacola, FL

Do not go to this salon they will do a horrible job and refuse to fix the problem. I didn't ask for hybrid and Ann did it anyways. Also I asked for get paid for gel came out with regular polish and messed up nails and toes.

I went for a gel manicure and remembered why I hadnt been back in over 2 years. They started the manicure with a drill! I don't think they speak English or they only do acrylics. They may do acrylics well, I have no idea. I do know they do not or will not do manicures!

I have never been more disrespected in my entire life of getting my nails done and I've been getting my nails done for at least 12 years. I walked in and the guy said hey what do you need today and I said yes I have an appointment at 3 o'clock and I am ready for it and he looked around like he didn't know who I was talking to and then he looked at a couple of his coworkers and then looked at some other customers then looked at this one lady who is getting her toes done and said would you like your nails done too and she said yes and he looks at me and he goes sorry you're gonna have to wait another 30 more minutes until we can get you in I said fine I'll go sit in my car. I sat in my car for 30 minutes and I went back inside and the same guy asked me what I needed. I said yes I was just in here I was suppose to have my appointment at 3:00 and you asked me to wait thirty minutes until you were finished. I went and sat down. And a second person 15 minutes later came up and asked me what I needed. I repeated it and waited another 20 minutes until i got to sit down. Once i sat down the lady looked at my nails and sighed. Literally sighed. I said yes I called and made an appointment for a soak off and a full set. She nodded and picked up my hand again only to sigh again and walk off she comes back five minutes later and said to put my hands in the acetone. She said she'll be right back and 25 minutes later after my hands are pruny and they hurt so i take them out she comes back and gets mad i took them out. I let her finish taking the old acrylics off and she gets me ready for my new ones. Mind it it's now 5:10 that she actually starts my nails. When my appointment was at 3...and i had to wait till 5:10 for them to start my nails? Ridiculous. Then she's using the drill and cutting my fingers I have four fingers that were bleeding as she's doing this. Then the whole time she's saying "this take long time" Since when is a basic soak off(i didn't have thick nails at all and they were short) and a short, square clear acrylics hard? I couldn't even trust her to do any colors or anything and I'll let the picture explain why I will never recommend, never return ever to this horrible place. Get some customer service and some basic talent at nails while you're at it.

Worst nail shop in Pensacola. They don't use enough products on your nails and they will begin to fall off within 3 days. Teasing your natural nails off and your nails will bleed but they will think it's funny if you go back to them for help. If you are in pain and missing your natural nail why would they think you would want more chemicals on top of a damaged nail. These people are money hungry and they don't care about their customers health just your money and the prices are never the same.

Merry Christmas from nail envy this was my Christmas present from Nail Envy I moved here a year ago and they are right down the street from me so I go often for pedicures and for my eyebrows everyone here is super friendly so I've always enjoyed going here but what a surprise to get a Christmas gift
