I love Kawaii Nails! It's clean, good selection of colors, prices are reasonable, and the staff is so sweet. Jo always remembers me and my teen daughter. I do find during busy times they try to squeeze in and accommodate a few too many people, but they also hustle to make sure everyone is taken care of when they are busy. If you're in a massive hurry it might not be your best bet but otherwise, it's a really great place for a mani/pedi!

I was charged $45 for an acrylic fill yesterday, and not only was the acrylic done horribly, the gel polish was out on too thick. It literally just peeled off the next morning, like 14 hours after it was done. I told Jo that I didn't think it looked right, and I was told "I've been doing nails a long time, I know my nails. It's fine. You come back if any of them break, and I will fix." That's not a business model. You should do it right, the first time. This is not acceptable, I want my money back. I am not paying $50 for work that I would have been told to do again in beauty school. Never again.
The staff is so kind and inviting! Every time I come in my with mom the women ask about us and how we are doing and our puppies. The place is extremely clean and they staff is efficient and does a nice job. It makes me very sad when I come in and ask how the staff is doing during the pandemic. They seem so beat down and tell me it's been very slow. Please check this place out and support a local business during the pandemic!!
