Do not come here if you don't want your eyebrows chopped off. I've been to this shanti location before but this time it was with an employee I've never had before. I asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up and shaped and asked not to change the thickness of my brows. When done, my left eyebrow had a large chunk missing from the middle bottom of the brow and is extremely thin. I'm honestly mortified at the situation and how my eyebrows look especially since my wedding is only a few months away.
What a consistently fantastic experience! I have been going to Shanti Threading Salon as long as I have lived in Ballard and not being able to return is definitely one of of the saddest parts of moving away from Seattle. The service is excellent, the aura is soothing, and I love that you can book a 3 or 6 visit membership so you can come in whenever your brows need a quick clean-up and leave looking fabulous. There is never a long wait and I would recommend this place to absolutely everyone!
