I currently visited this nail salon and I must say it's by far one of the worst nail salons here in town. The customer service is horrible. When I came in that afternoon with my friend we both wanted to get manicures and pedicures which they wore okay doing, we picked the color we wanted and proceed to have a seat, after what felt like a hour of sitting the chair with the water running on cold she finally came back, as she proceed to start I realized the color she was using was not the color I picked which I mention and she complete ignored it. Both nail technicians ended up doing the worst job ever, all of our nails are different length the color she used was old and peeled of the next day, and when we went back the next day we was yelled even though we spent 120 each on services that didn't lasted more than one day. I would not recommend you spend your money at Keri salon it's the worst nail salon ever and they have no clue what customer services is very disappointing.
I rarely get pedicures but im going on vacation next week so I thought I'd splurge on not just a pedicure, but also an upgrade to the hot rock massage as well as gels (so they'd stay nice longer). My friends and I made a reservation and we were seen immediately. All the technicians were so kind and friendly. I panicked for a moment when I realized the tech was going to paint my toes and she hadn't done the massage yet, and she explained to me that the gel needs to be done first or the oils from the massage would prevent the gel from processing appropriately. She ended up doing a great job and the upgrade on the massage was totally worth it. The salon is clean and updated, and they had a great selection of polishes. A great experience!
