Michael does an excellent job and is very nice and talented. HOWEVER, this is a salon that only cares about money and being on time. I went for over a year and drive over an hour away. I was exactly SEVEN minutes late and on the way out, after paying close to $100, I was told by the Owner that I need to be on time in the future or he could book me a longer appoitment, for MORE money and that 7 minutes knocks off the whole schedule. I get people have schedules. I am a business owner too. If someone traveled to me a full hour each way, I would not be giving a lecture on the way out but instead say 'thank you for coming in'. Its a competitive market. I am easily able to find an establishment that cares more for its long standing customers, even if one is a whole seven minutes late.
I just got a really botched haircut at the salon so I will not return. I paid $89.00 including tip so needless to say I am not happy. I would suggest that you go elsewhere.
Michael did an excellent job cutting my hair. He is very detailed oriented and knows how to multitask between clients never skipping a beat in the process. I look and feel amazing and will definitely be back again !!!!
