Dasia is an amazing stylist!!! She is so gentle with my hair (important as I have fine strands) and takes her time to explain each step if the process while I'm with her. I trust her completely with trims - iykyk, this is super key - and I always leave with my hair looking amazing and feeling great! The salon atmosphere is wonderful and they have an efficient booking system which is another important point that's important for me. Also, check out their products. I am highly disappointed!!! I've worked on my hair consistently and I told the stylist I am in the process of growing my hair back out because I previously big chopped and my hair was heat damaged. I thought she took this into consideration. Now it's been a couple weeks since my silk press and once I washed my hair it smelled burnt and the heat damage is severe once again

Replenish Salon is amazing! They hydrate every time and my hair is so soft now. I see KD who is the BOMB. She has magical hands and makes me hair do exactly what I need it to do. Her trims are amazing. Her styling is amazing. She knows what she is doing and has the best energy and spirit! I'm looking forward to my hair journey.

I don't think I Can THANK Brandy Enough! I LOVE MY HAIR!!She did Dimensional Color for Me Ash Brown and Blonde and I think it turned out PERFECT! She's Very WARMING, PLEASANT, KIND and SILLY just to name a few things to describe her during my visit! But the Biggest Attribute, She's Very PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE about her craft with doing hair! Normally I'm nervous when I get color but consulting with her sitting in her chair I was more Antsy to see the finished Result! She used her products on my hair and they felt so good and made my hair feel so soft. I purchased her product to use on myself and daughter since we are both natural. I would Highly Recommend her for your Color Service! The one on one attention, her timelessness and Knowledge was Very Appreciated!

I'm so disappointed by my experience. I called and confirmed that they help clients transition from a relaxer to natural hair, which is the hair journey I'm on currently. I'd done a lot of research and was really excited to go. I booked my appointment 6 wks out. I get there on time. There was a wait, but it wasn't significant. I booked an experienced stylist, but received an apprentice. I wasn't bothered by that, as long as the apprentice was good. Here's where things went left. I asked for twists that hang, but was told that my natural hair wasn't long enough. Fine. I asked what she'd recommend. She said a silk press. I informed her that my hair won't hold a silk press and that I needed something twisted or braided, bc I was going on vacation. The apprentice didn't know what to do and sought the advice of a mngr. The mngr comes over and insists that I get a silk press (repeatedly). She says my new growth, which was about an inch long, wasn't long enough to do anything else. This is where I started to feel my temperature rise. I know my hair. It can't hold a silk press. I didn't come for a silk press. I didn't drive 45 mins to them to get a silk press. Why didn't they tell me I needed to have a certain amount of new growth when I called and asked whether or not they could help me transition my hair!? Why didn't they have a workaround? So many "whys" and so few answers. So much wasted time. An hour into the silk-press debate (it was too late for me to book somewhere else), the mngr tells me they can do an updoo of twists. Why, in the name of sweet baby Jesus, didn't she offer that an hour ago!? I'm done. Do better. PS - I hate having to leave this about a Black-owned business, but these reviews are important.
