I just wanted to get my nails and feet done. And everybody else was busy. I came in told them what I wanted done and they did it. My pedicure was amazing and my full set looks great.
No just no. I ended up with a blister on my toe before polish was even applied. I'm telling her in pain but she tells me I'm not. Oh okay lady. I'm never coming back.
My girlfriend went in today and is too nice to say anything about the awful service received. Was told last time that it was 17 for a fill. Was told today it was more expensive even though it was the same lady. Even though all nails were intact she took two off and kept saying "5 dollars for every broken nail" to charge her more. Absolutely ridiculous and took advantage of her. She asked for red and black nails and left with clear pink glittery nails. How does that happen. baffled at the lack of customer service. Don't waste your money here
Racist. They have signs posted stating that they charge 4% extra on all card transactions. I was in on Sunday 7/26/2020 and the nail tech "Amy" charged the white woman in front of me $30 and didn't mention the fee but when it was my turn to check out the guy "Brian" reminded me of the fee. They even charged me the 4% fee on my birthday and I was redeeming the 15% off that they send via text. Never going back.
Probably one of my worst experiences getting my nails done. The pedicures are so rushed. My sisters nails where literally bleeding on almost every finger and the lady tried to blame her skin. She has got her nails done plenty of times and that has never happened. The color she asked for was a light purple and the color they put on was no where near the color. Also they where basically making up prices as they went that did not match what was on the board. Then I asked the guy to straighten my nails because they where all uneven and he got an attitude with me. They also had a lady that was there way before us wait until after us and another women and she handled it way better than I would have. Overall there was very bad customer service and we will not be going back.
