They were able to get me in and get me out. My service was simple so I didn't request much. The only thing that baffled me is that they have posted, they open at 10 but people were already seated before then. Like over 4 to 5 people. There were a couple of folks already waiting. Also the tech had an entire conversation across the shop while doing my nails. I didn't think that was really nice or professional.

This was by far one of the worst nail experiences I've ever had. I've never said ouch so many times during a manicure. I requested a refill. After telling the nail tech multiple about multiple issues: - length wasn't the same on each hand - slated nails - two different colors used( literally silver on one hand and gold on the other) The tech accidentally put the wrong color on my nails twice which at the point I had to leave because I had been there for 2 hours. The most shocking of all was that they wanted to only take off $15.

Located in Publix shopping center right on Hwy 92 with onsite parking, I've been coming here for a lil over a year (since I moved to the area)...I absolutely love Thomas! He is one of best nail techs I've ever experienced! Now let me note that my 5 stars is for NAILS only!! I truly recommend giving this place a try! Here are a few photos of my nails over the past few months.

I got a simple overlay over my real nails first the lady didn't even ask what type of services I wanted just proceeded to do what she thought I was getting when you can clearly see I have color acrylic on prior to!!! Worst overlay I've ever had I immediately had it soaked off and redid!!! First and last time going to them!!!
