Do not get your nails done here!!! My experience was horrible the gentleman who did my nails cut my finger and didn't apologize instead he ask me to give him five stars on Yelp. He was also very rude while doing my nails. My nails are very sloppy and lumpy and the paint is not even I can still see the nails. Never going here again.
Do not got to this nail salon!! I repeat do not go to this nail solon. First off I got there & there was only 4 workers in there so I was sitting for a while before I finally asked hoe long will it be before they start on me & the lady goes to say "they comjng there 5 minutes away" . That threw me off cause its 11pm yall opened at 9:30 why they not here. So anyways 5 minutes past it was actually about 15 minutes passing until this man finalized got there . I don't even think he came through the door I think he came from the back but anyways he come in there just giving off attitude with his body language, he did not speak which was cool cause ian speaking either f you but anyways this man had a attitude the WHOLE time while doing my nails. Moving my hands rough af telling me in a rude voice to move my hands cause yes after he was moving my hands rough I would not move my hand just to see if he was gone move my hand again like that to see if i was tripping before I flip out , so anyways I pull my hands out the dryer to see if I liked my nails before i told him to keep going & tbh they wasn't as bad but I just didn't wanna pay his rude a** so I was looking for any mistake to make him take it off. So this man gets louf telling me to put my hand back in the dryer & I finally told him to chill tf out & he gone say I don't understand you I don't speak English. He understood me he was tryna be funny so I got louder & said "chill tf out bring yo 10 to a 2 fr" & asked did he understand that & he was chill the whole rest of the time, but after he just said you done didn't even put the oil on my nails the lady at the front had to do it. This was my FIRST and LAST time
THE AUDACITY ‼‼‼ i went to get my nails done, where i have been going regularly since moving to this area. my nail technician slices the side of my foot open with the grater! no big deal, i understand accidents happen, i wasn't angry or anything. fast forward, i go to check-out & the owner of the establishment is charging me full price!! wait a minute .. you slice my foot open, spend half of my time at the salon trying to get it to stop bleeding, & don't even so much as apologize or offer a discount. this man says to me, "i didn't slice your toes open ..." this man offers me a $5 discount FOR MY NEXT VISIT & proceeds to tell me how his establishment slicing my foot open was not their problem!! NEXT! i make an entire scene, because at this point i am beyond furious. i walk up to the nail technician who did my pedicure, calmly might i add, to give him his cash tip (because again, accidents happen & my issue wasn't with him). this man turns his head to ignore me & pretends to be asleep as i hand him his cash tip!! he was mad AT ME because of how i reacted! he treated me as if my money was not of any use for him, when i didn't even have to tip him after all of this!!! i will absolutely NEVER return to this place or give them ANY of my business!! by far the most disrespectful & unprofessional customer service i have ever witnessed! IT MADE ME GIVE A STAR TO POST BUT I WOULD NOT GIVE ANY IF IT ALLOWED ME!!!!!
The guy who did my nails was very rude then he automatically charged me for jail that I didn't ask for so my nails were already $40 then I showed him a picture of the nails that I wanted and he said $40 with the design that I wanted which was just a little black heart on my ring finger he said OK and I said that's fine then it gets time for me to get done with my nails and he didn't even give me the design didn't ridge out the top of my nails so they didn't even look like they were coming from my cuticles very disappointed will never be coming here again
