Every time I go here the lady has her dogs in the this nail shop & sitting int the chair next to her while she does my nails. She also does not listen to what you ask for. I ask for THICK APPLICATION of acrylic & she places a thin layer on my nails cause my nails to break and tear at the nail bed / free nail. I am a licensed professional also so when I make a comment and share with her; she continues to jacked up my nails. This place is convenient why because no one is going back as often for nail services. ONLY IF I HAVE AN EMERGENCY I WILL RETURN ‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼

If I could give my experience at this salon a negative number rating, I would! I decided to try the salon because it's convenient to my new home. My nail tech talked to his coworkers the entire time, and I constantly had to point out imperfections, including using the incorrect SNS color. During my visit, two separate people came in to fix nail issues from their recent visits. Because the nail tech put more layers to "correct" the color issue, they are thick and look like press-ons. Well, at least I know now why they always appear empty...

I went to this place about 2 years ago and they suck.....I went today hoping they had hired new people or hoping they had better service by now....well that didnt happen.....they are not good at all....they are very sloppy. It's like they are practicing on your nails....Ugghh

Thursday morning I walked in the shop at 10:12am, their hours posted on the door said open at 10am. When i walked up to the door, the door was locked and two ladies from the back came to open it. They let me in asked what I wanted, I told them and they said okay have a seat and asked if I could give them 10 mins. I am the first one in. I agreed to their 10 minute wait and was sitting patiently in the chair.. As I am sitting there waiting, I see the two ladies are still preparing the shop for the day, I assume. 10 mins past and they are still getting the shop together. Meanwhile they are talking and sitting around and "looking busy" but clearly distracted by their conversation. One lady eventually got up walk to me and said 10 more minutes.. at this point it's 10:35 and I walk out. As I'm leaving one of the ladies says Bye, sorry for your wait. At that moment I knew they didn't have any intentions on doing my nails and lack customer service. I will NEVER step foot in there again!
