New to area and chose to get a pedicure. I chose their Spa pedicure and also checked to see if the lady knew how to do designs because I want just 2 toes to have the designs on them, She said yes she could do it. So we get started and she is not offering me a drink...another worker did, my girl never brought over the color chart. So I eventually got to pick a color and I noticed she came out with gel polish. I told her I didn't want gel polish and that wasn't the package I picked. She proceeds to tell me everybody likes gel, I said I didn't and I don't want it! Then she starts speaking in her language, what see said of course I don't know. She said you will like gel and I said what mwas that price. She said $25 more. I'm like I don't want it and how you switch the package on me. She then said they can't do designs on regular polish. So now I'm pisst because up tried to flem flam me and upcharge me. Without my consent. I could see it now if I didn't notice the kind of polish she had in her hand they would have presented the higher bill. Then I was rushed out the pedicure chair and sat at a nail table, no fan or anything on my toes and while sitting there now another girl runs up in my face with the card swipe machine telling me my bill. At the time I was in the middle of a call while being shoved with the card reader. I told that girl, I am on the phone so go handle someone else and when I'm done drying my toes I will be up to the register to pay. I didn't like their SHADY PRACTICES and didn't care for the lack of service I had to remind them of. That is my FIRST & LAST VISIT TO THEM!!

This place is great. They are expensive and I'm not sure I like the Russian roulette for nail people. Some are great and very good. But others need a bit more training. When a mother and daughter come in to get nails they do it as time spent together. Should be sat together.

These people do not deserve any business. They are not honest or upfront about their prices. I got a fill, 3 nail fixes, and a small design and was charged $80. I was told this was $80 as he was painting my nails. I asked why and he said $10 for the design and $70 for the fill in. I've been here before so I knew he was lying. I asked to see the price list once he was done and they would not let me see it. Then I was able to see it and lady said the prices are "old". They said I was charged $50 for a full set since I got 3 nail fixes. On the price list the full set is $40 and fill in is $18. I was charges $20 because my nails are so long and another $10 for the design. They lie and charge people whatever they want. I was threatened with the police being called on me because I was demanding to be charged the correct price. I hope this place get shut down.

At first I felt like she did a very good job but after my nails were already coming up within a short amount of time after I got them done. They were still a bit cute though.

Have gone here for years out of convenience to my house. However, they have no loyalty to repeat customers. They constantly increase the prices. Are never consistent with how much things cost and most of the techs (including one of the owners) are not good at doing nails. There have been two girls who did my nails and one who did my toes who were actually good at what they did. The rest of them get an attitude when you ask them to fix mistakes or if you don't like something. Pedicures are rushed and steps are skipped that you're paying for if you don't pay attention and tell them to go back. Overall not worth the money!
