Griselda only works business hours, Monday through Friday, 9-5. We settled on 4pm, Thursday, October 22nd. I put it in my calendar immediately. A 4pm appointment meant that I needed to make arrangements to leave work early. I had the time approved by my boss, I let my team know I would be out earlier than usual - a week ago when I made my appointment. I approved the overtime of two contractors to stand in for me while I was away. This was a big deal to me, because Griselda was going to save four hours of me doing my hair by myself. I expected to pay over $200 for this color and cut. But she never showed up. She wouldn't answer the phone, and ignored my text messages.
I've gone to Fanny @ Impact for the last 6-7 years. She's amazing, she really listens. Nrmally, it's just a cut, but when i want color, I look on Pinterest and send her a text saying "can we do this?" The answer is ALWAYS yes and the color comes out great. She also cuts my son and fiancee's hair now. Both boys are always happy with the end result.
