DON'T BUY A GROUPON DEAL FOR A MANI/PEDI. I called yesterday to make an appointment. Lily wasted my time for 5 minutes telling me how a Groupon customer gave her a terrible review and she's apparently now forced to move next week. Therefore, she can't make an appointment. I spent another 30 minutes trying to get a full refund from Groupon who spent most of the time trying to get me to accept Groupon bucks rather than a full refund. Nightmare.
Terrible experience for Nails ever. I bought a Groupon and i will never coming back here. DON'T GO. Only one chair for the nails. The rest is for the hair cut. It is not relaxing, it is super cheap see picture. The professional was late 2 times and she put two appointments on the same day, same hours. She is not organized. Sorry to tell. I never do bad reviews like this but the price is over charging, she is always late. The place is terrible not relaxing at all with all the sound from the several hair cut on the same salon. Picture talk by itself. She is nice to speak with. But professional I am disappointed.
I bought a groupon for my nails back in June. Lily was not available then so i extended the groupon to go her after a couple of months. Lily is very dedicate to her work, & is very experienced. She was very good with her work. She did my hand nails pretty well. However with my toe nails, while cutting the in-grown nail, she cut my skin & it started hurting & bleeding a bit. She was quick to try and control the bleeding. The pain went on for more than a week. I have nail in growth & she didn't not how to cut the nails if they grow inside. She did not cut the nails for the other toe appropriately as well & I had to redo it after a couple of days.
Sam is amazing , i watch him cut and color my girlfriends hair, we are both so happy our daughters now use him too, we could not be more pleased with the service and quility he truly is a professional, my girl is very picky and he meets her expectations. I highly recommend Sam!
Really disappointed, I showed her what I wanted to do with my hair and she just did whatever she wanted to my hair! I'm not happy with my hair at all, for the price that I paid, I expected much better.
