I've been working with Kelley for about 4 months and my hair texture has improved! It looks healthy after years of being in bad condition. She is very knowledgeable and explained the various factors that can affect someone's hair growth. You get one on one attention. Her space is calming and there's privacy. Kelley has a great personality and listens to your concerns. Im happy to have found her.

As a hairstylist, she is terrific! I had been going to her for 6 months. Her shop is an intimate experience. She has soft music playing or you can request a show or movie on the tv. She offers steam treatments and her scalp massage during your shampoo is relaxing. She is a great listener and a kind person. Therefore, I was willing to try out her trichology services. It was a horrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. 1. She does not do your labs; however, she sends you with a list of labs that she needs done. I found out that I could take it to my primary care doctor to request the labs. She did not go over the labs with me. She put it in a computer and gave me a file that she wanted me to review. That cost $175...just to give a document stating what they meant. I could have asked my primary care doctor to go over it with me. 2. She was often late to appointments. I had appointments on Saturday morning at 9am. Over the 12 week program, she may have been on time/early 4 times. Sometimes I had to move it to a weekday appointment and she was accommodating, however, she would have to squeeze me in so I would not get the full treatment that I would get during my Saturday appointments. 3. She took pictures of my scalp; however, she never showed me any progress. When I followed up with my dermatologist after the 12 weeks, I found out I had more hair loss then what I started with. 4. I often left the shop with an itchy, burning or patchy scalp. Several of the products that she gave me, I did not use such as a hair spray, a derma smooth roller and a laser. She did not provide a refund for them either. In addition, she does not do hair styles and she did not give me any ideas of the way to style of my hair after each session. 5. I spent over $3500 for the 12 week program. Some things were covered under the cost. She did not provide me with an itemized list of what I actually paid for. Then she had me buy things that were not covered such as an alkaline water pitcher from Amazon ($42) and a hair spray ($20). She gave me a list of food to buy while I was on the detox as well. I was able to search on google for a more complete list of foods to get because the papers she gave me were limited. 6. At the end, I even went back to her to style my hair, during our visit, she recommended that I may want to cut my hair shorter because I had several patches. Imagine my horror and surprise. I spent so much money and 12 weeks of my time, which I often wore a scarf because I did not know how to style my hair and what I thought would help my hair grow, had caused hair loss. I found out that week as well, it actually takes about 12 months for you to see growth by doing this plan. Therefore, she wanted me to start another round....another few thousands of dollars :( Fortunately, I have a fantastic dermatologist who has been working with me and my hair loss. I only tried out her trichology services at the recommendation from my primary care doctor. BIG MISTAKE. I have seen so much growth by working with Dr. Madeliene Elaine. All I do with her is take a pill and use a cream on my scalp. I don't have to use any shampoos or laser treatments and I have seen much more success over 3 months. If you do decide to try out the trichology services, I recommend that you ask a lot of questions. Ask to see pictures and ask what are the recommendations after you are finish your treatment.

This is my go to salon for all my hair services, from blow outs to color, rod sets and updos. I love the professionalism, promptness and relaxing ambiance. Kelley is always willing to work with your suggestions and creative enough to create a style for you, when you are unsure about what you want!

I met with Kelley today for a consultation. She is a gifted, educated and knowledgeable stylist with over 25 years experience. I will be back in a few days for my hair appointment.
