Very professional friendly environment. They are appointment only so please call before walking in. They are really good at freestyle designs and showing them pictures are a plus too to give your nail tech some type of idea. I have been going to this establishment a little over 5 years now. Best mail shop hands down and the business fits the description to the T. Nail candy

All techs do a great job . Trendsetters and innovative . Anything you want they can do all are very creative .

I went here twice to get my nails done. After the second time I didn't return. I will not give the name of the person because I don't want her to lose customers. But her attitude wasn't great. She didn't say "hello" or ask "how is your day going"? The first time my nails were done well. The second time the polish was very messy. I was like I know you see how messy this is... I was shocked she wasn't embarrassed. She kept saying.. " hold your hands out straight so I can polish them". I've never had a nail tech do that... so my nails were in an uncomfortable position the entire time. The entire time she sings instead of engaging and getting to know her customer.

I was really excited about getting my nails done! I always heard about this location and there services. I was assigned to Delicia to do my nails. I loved my nails and I think she did a good job with the shape. My problem with the appointment is her energy and attitude. She moved very fast with my nails, two of them came off, Delicia didn't make any conversation with me, no eye contact, had an attitude when I wasn't sure what to do with my nails, the customer service was horrible. Two women that worked there was nice, thank you to those two but because of one bad apple you lost a customer. Nails is a experience, I get my nails done to relieve stress. So I don't want to go to a place that causes me stress.

NOPE! I was really excited to try this salon, based on the pictures and a personal recommendation. Now, not so much. For one - there is no convenient online booking; you're forced to call on the phone. And whaddya know, nothing is hardly ever available, hence all the more reason to have an online scheduler so folks can see availability. Two - they asked if I was a new customer and said they don't do work on top of other previous work, that I'd have to get a new set and start over. WTF??!! That is the most asinine thing I've heard. Y'all are not Instagram nail artists - what do you care who did my nails previously if I'm trying to give you my business? A fill is a fill. A polish is a polish. Unfriendly business policies are not going to attract (or retain) customers. Extremely disappointed as this place looked promising.
