We 1st went to another local nail shop and we were 7 deep... they were fully staffed and said they couldn't take us. I called Hollywood Nails and told them we had 7 pedis and she told me that they only had 2 working but they will take us. We absolutely loved their service and will continue to use their services. Thank you so much for your professionalism.

I had such a bad and uncomfortable experience today when getting my pedicure I was debating all day whether I was going to leave a negative review or not but I decided too because no one should be intimidated into staying quiet like I was today ! The guy who did my pedicure cut me several times. Every time I would move my toes because he was hurting me, he would look up and stare at me pissed off! He continued to do so especially when I tried to let him know by gently moving my toes that he was hurting me !! It was extremely uncomfortable, I felt like I was being scolded by a grown man! Luckily the guy was fast and the pedicure ended quickly ! He was so messy I felt like I could have done the pedicure myself at home with water and nail polish. Another guy had to fix my nail polish because I let them know it was all over my toes and layered wrong. When he was done with me another customer was starting to get her pedi when she had to stop the guy and request someone else since their was no one to attend her she ended up leaving. I'm glad she spoke up immediately, I should have done from the beginning. Edit... I should have read past reviews. But I was in a hurry and since it's close to home I didn't bother !
