Gen was so nice and patient with me. I felt so uncomfortable with my hair when I walked in but that soon changed after Gen took care if me! She talked me through my haircut and explained what she was doing and why. She offered suggestions on how to care for my hair that were clear and understandable. I will definitely be back and would recommend this salon. The price for my service was really reasonable. She made me feel like a million bucks!
My stylist, Gen, was amazing! It's been years since my last haircut, and I found her on IG by chance. She was super accommodating with my schedule and squeezed me in. During the service, she explained every part of her process, was super funny and kind, and was an overall great person. She showed how to style my hair and even let me practice. I loved how much she communicated throughout the process. She heard my requests, accommodated with her professional opinion, and completed transformed my hair for the better. Thanks Gen!
Worse service ever, she burned my hair. The owner was super rude. I asked her you missed up my hair, she said it happens. The owner came out screaming for no reason. She said she will call the cops on me. Fir no reason. I would not recommend going there at all. Worse customer service, worse job ever, left me bald. That's messed up.
Loved it here! It was my first time and it's always a little nerve wracking but I felt very welcomed and the salon is small but cozy! My stylist was Paola and she did amazing! She did exactly what I explained to her and left me feeling great afterwards. I didn't have to wait a very long time either to get an appointment, I was able to get in a day after calling. The pricing is usual, you pay for what you get! Definitely worth it. I don't plan on going anywhere else!
Avoid doing brazilian blow out service here. Jen was my stylisting she took almost 5 hours to do my hair for me and my scalp is peeling after the treatment. Like mu skin on my scalp is peeling off still one week after treatment. I always do this treatment and this is my first time experiencing this very annoying and scary. See the pictures.
