Designer Nails & Beauty Salon in Moreno Valley, CA

I have looked and looked for a nail salon in Moreno Valley for a long time and I found Hannah At Designer Nails. Her shop is VERY clean and you can feel very comfortable here. The towels, the chairs the sinks the spa chairs, restroom, all top of the line clean! She is a very sweet lady and aims to please. She really takes her time to do your nails. Lets face it, we live in a microwave generation and everyone wants everything fast but that is not reality when your in a spa. Your there to relax and get pampered. so, relax. she plays some really pretty music and has even offered coffee which is always delicious! She offers you water, a pretty smile and if you can just go with this in mind, you are not at the race track your at a spa. she takes careful and precise time it needs to do what it is your requesting. It does get busy and she is only one person. People cant think that they can come into a spa without an appointment and get service at the drop of a hat! Right? so if everyone would just make appointment, and show up, we all would be happy. I do recommend this nail Salon . I am currently sitting in a spa chair at this nail salon and the customer service is so poor that I INSTANTLY came to yelp to write a review! This nail salon shows favoritism to certain customers and it's very evident. I came in when there was no one here for nails...there was one other person in the back for another service. I came to get a gel mani and pedi. So she does my mani (and while shes doing it 3 people come in) you can tell she instantly got stressed and asked ME if I could come back tomorrow for my pedi...but was willing and ready to take the people that just walked in. I told her no I cant come back tomorrow. So water is ran for my pedicure and the water was scorching HOT - it literally burned my right foot. It is STILL stinging as I type. She ended up having to scoop water out and add cold water. Anyways, she sits another person in her seat and tells me the person in the back is going to do my pedicure. I wait 25 mins. When she comes from the back she calls another lady, who just came, back for lashes. So at this point I say what's going on? I thought she was supposed to do my pedi? She says don't worry...as soon as I finish this customer I'll do your pedicure instead. Though this person came after me. I wait patiently and then she finishes the lady. Of course, I'm thinking she is going to start my pedi but no, she puts the lady's daughter in the seat next. I get PISSED off at this point...let wtf? Now you about to do her daughter?? Then she proceeds to act like she's upset with ME and says "it's only going to take 5 mins" and rolls her eyes and askes the little girl what color she wants. At this point I've been sitting FOREVER...the water that was once scorching hot is now cold and what was supposed to be a relaxing good time and some "me" time...ended up being a horrible experience. I don't know why I expected better than my last experience? I brought my husband here to get a mani and pedicure for his birthday and they did the SAME EXACT THING...did his manicure...someone came in and then they told him he would have to wait and took the other walk-in instead! He got so mad...he told them off and it put a damper on his little birthday celebration. This is my last time getting my nails done here...it's not worth the headache. I feel disrespected at this point an on top of that they only do nails mediocre! Never again!

Designer Nails and Spa!! Is very nice and relax nails salon, super clean and spacious super comfortable. I very recommend her business. Hannah is amazing!!

I walked in because sign said open they asked me what i wanted i said full set right away im seated she started prepping for a gel x set she said i would like it never asked me when i told her i just wanted normal acrylic she seemed to not want to do my set anymore all of a sudden she told me they were not open i told her i would leave she said no ok i do for you yet everyone else who came in or called they were open for. She did a begginers job too bad my regular nail tech kelly at wonder nails is on vacation. never again here unwelcomed mediocre job

I really love Kim she does a phenomenal job on your nails, she is very caring and loving, Kim will help you make the best decision for your nails, she is absolutely awesome
