Just went in to get my nexgen (powder/dip) nails taken off and the lady proceeded to RIP them off of my nails. I asked her if she was just gonna rip them off and told her that most salons (every other one I've been to) uses the tool so that it's not painful!! She used it for like 2 seconds and then continued to just dig under my nails with her nail and rip them off. It was incredibly painful and one of my nails bled because she ripped off layers of my nail. She didn't even acknowledge my bleeding nail and then had the audacity to ask why I wasn't getting a manicure. Do not waste your time or money.
This was my first time here and I didn't like my nails at all. My service was full set and pedicure. The man did my pedicure and pretty rough. I had said repeatedly that my ankle was a little sore, but he acted like he didn't hear me. The lady who did my nails started on them while I was still in pedicure chair and had me reaching over instead her switching sides to accommodate me. They was having a whole conversation over me which was irritating! Then I moved over to the table after my pedicure was done. Through the pain my toes look great. My hails on the other had are so ugly! They are not shaped properly, I have acrylic all over my fingers and up under my nails. She use so much primer on my na bed. Flooded my cuticles with acrylic. The design was the only thing I liked...
I been coming to City Nail for last 15 years, Tammi is very efficient and his staff are very friendly, my nail designs are Unique and beautiful, this is a family oriented business, with kidness,friendly admosfere, I recommend to everyone to come and have their services, also I would like to add , Very Clean! and Their prices are affordable , Tammi, Mimmi, Sue and Bonnie are the Best!
This place is horrible!!!!!!! The mixed lady who did my nails didn't even know what she was doing!!!! She tried to down talk the previous person who did my nails, probably because she didn't know what to do, she didn't put the right powder color on and she didn't drill my nails well enough so you won't be able to see where it grew out. Her fill looked as if I didn't even get one!!!! It wasn't smoothed down and looked lumpy!!!! She didn't even clean under my nails!!!! I had to ask before I left!!!! Horrible. The place is dirty and her stuff looks and is unsanitary
