It is quite rare for me to give a negative review but every bit of this experience was bad. I am giving it one star because overall the place was pretty clean. Typically places like this have somewhat of a line for a particular staff member who is great, there was no line for anyone. That should have been my first sign. When I sat down in the chair to get my service done, the lady was super harsh and left bright red marks in my face and a burning sensation afterwards. I completely expect a little bit of redness after but it usually goes away in 2 minutes and I am completely pain free by then. However this time, the redness lasted 15 minutes and I had a super weird tingling sensation on my face for 30 minutes after. In addition, the lady working with me was not kind, she barely noticed when I was visibly hurt and was yelling about something to another staff member the entire time. If you can, I would recommend taking your requests elsewhere because this was incredibly disappointing
The owner should hire some trained staff She did the wrong dye it it got on my forehead N ears She's oh it'll go away just rub it in the shower Girl I don't pay for that n on top when I called today she's trying to calm me down
I've tried this place 3 different times. I just don't feel comfortable with the lack of cleanliness inside. The technicians never sanitize their hands in between clients. I've watched them do eyebrow threading, then handle cash payments and head straight to thread someone else. They also rush through the threading and miss areas.
I've been coming here for over 10 years and quality is always good, the girls are always so sweet. I've done eyebrows and from time to time I'll get a facial. Huma has been really good to me and my eyebrows. $5 with card.
