If you are a male or female, Kevin Tran is the man to cut your hair. Very nice and easy going, takes his time and you are not rushed out of the door for the next person. He is located in room 109 and makes booking very easy with a couple clicks on his website (https://www.kevintran109.com). Prices are very reasonable and he is easily one of the best barbers in town.

Professionalism from the owners is lacking, as evidenced by a strange text exchange I had when trying to book an appointment. The woman I needed to see, though, was amazing. The building setup is nice and unique... Lots of options to choose from.

Leaving this review because of the unprofessionalism of Eva (hair colorist/stylist) in suite 260. She did such great work on my blonde highlights. Then one time I asked her to do some strawberry blonde & it turned out badly-real badly. She stayed calm & so did I even tho my whole head was red & not the way we envisioned it. She had another client present & told me I didn't owe anything that day (assuming this bc of her mistake). Weeks passed, months, then years & I remember how much I loved the blonde she used to do, so I gave her a call & text & nothing. I reached out again only to find her be very short, saying she was booked. I then asked if I could pre-book (this was last year)-she said she "could not say" when her next available would be. Wow. I mean if you don't want me as a client just say it lol. I just think this could have been handled WAY differently. It's OKAY to make mistakes. It's not okay to ignore clients, be passive & lead people on.

Chi Pham is a bad barber. She ruined my hair and she couldn't keep her appointment on time. She is a Vietnamese immigrant and she favours Caucasian customers at the expense of her fellow immigrants. She is rude and irresponsible. Don't let her cut your hair if you are an immigrant.

I walked in to get a hair cut with Maritza who spent a whopping five minutes cutting my hair. Literally. I asked for long smooth layers and long side swept bangs to clean up my hair before a wedding. This is by far the worst cut I have ever gotten in my life. That I was also charged $45 for. :( I've never seen a hair cut this uneven or this choppy.
