I would not recommend coming here. Called this company which is an independent extension specialist and made an appointment for a consultation. Zayna seemed super friendly. Asked me for the $100 deposit but I didn't have the apps she uses which I'm glad I didn't because she completely ghosted me. I texted her the same night as I made the appt and asked if she still had the 10 am spot available as she had earlier told me she had 10 am and 1 pm spots open. Initially I had made the appt for 1. Anyways, texted her that night to change it to 10 am one because something with work came up. She said "no problem honey, see you at 10.. I show up the next day at 0940.. she says hi from down the hall and went back into the room that she was in with a client and continued to leave me standing in the waiting area, no chair, for a solid 45 minutes. Didn't come out once to let me know she's running behind. I went back to sit in my car as I was sick of standing and texted her at 1045 as I had now waited for over an hour. Texted her and said I had to leave for my work meeting because it was now almost an hour after my appt and I wouldn't have the time for the consult because it would cause me to miss my work meeting. Asked her to let me know another day good for her (even though I was contemplating not making another appt at this point because of how rude that was especially to a new client).... She texts me another 30 minutes AFTER this and then says "hey hun, I have you down for 1 pm, u can come in now, or we can reschedule". Totally didn't even realize that she had told me the night before I could come in at 10 which she obviously forgot she had another client for that time. Instead of acknowledging her mistake she ignored me after that, didn't respond, didn't apologize, nothing. So extremely unprofessional and rude. And to think I would've put a deposit down. Also read in another review that she ghosted someone else and never refunded their deposit. Plenty of extension specialists around downriver, do yourself a favor and skip this headache and waste of time.

First off, I asked Zayna how much tape in extensions were going to be, and she told me that we will discuss it during consultation, I asked her to give me a ball park price so I knew how much to bring and she couldn't even do that...so I did a little research and the highest amount was $600-$700 That's basically all I had to spend anyways. So I got to the appointment after paying the $100 up front, and she told me it was going to be $1,140. Told her I didn't have enough and left, afterwards I texted her asking for my deposit back because I didn't end up getting my hair done by her at all, she's been ignoring every message I send, acting shady and won't give me my money back. Very ghetto and unprofessional. I do not recommend unless you wanna get robbed of your money!!!

I had the pleasure of visiting this salon, and I have to say, I was blown away by the service I received. First of all, the stylist who did my tape ins was absolutely amazing. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and worked with me to create a style that was both beautiful and practical. What's more, she also saved my hair from a previous botched cut and made it look amazing again. Overall, I highly recommend Haus of Heir for anyone looking for a talented and caring hairdresser. I will definitely be returning!

Thank you thank you so much! I love my tape in hair extensions. I was very skeptical about getting tape in hair extensions, but decided to make an appointment just for a consultation. Well let me tell you I fell in love with the collection of hair that was on display, and the way Zee made me feel comfortable and also how she described the difference between tape in and beaded extensions, mind you I had beaded extensions in my hair at the time and only had them for 2 months and they were so uncomfortable and tangled . Anyways to make a long story short I decided to try the tape in and omg I love them !! They feel so comfortable on my head . No tangles and no shedding. Finally found someone i can trust to give me what I've been looking for in a hairdresser. Thanks again for making me beautiful .

I bought a Groupon for threading and made an appointment by phone. The owner (?) texted me about 40 minutes beforehand to confirm I was coming and I said I was. When I showed up at 10:55 for my appointment, nobody was there. The office was dark and the door was locked. I texted her to tell her I was there and that the office was locked, but didn't get an answer. At 11:00, my appointment time, I called but got voicemail. I called a few minutes later and was told the woman was on her way. No apology or explanation. At 11:15, she still wasn't there, so I texted to say I was leaving. At 11:35, she texted and said she had been there waiting for me. If that was true, why was the door locked and why was I told she was on her way? I won't be back.
