Don't go there, this women does not know what she is doing. She messed my and my daughter ter hair. Was rude, we even had to dry and comb each other hair while she went to another customer. Her comme, I wondered if she is normal
Oh how I wish I could give this salon a zero star! One of the shittiest salon you can find in Michigan. Staffs are horrible and so is there service. They took half my eyebrows off. If anybody is reading this review I hope that day never comes upon you when you would need to go to the salon
If I could give her zero stars, I would. She is so extremely unprofessional and moody. I walked in one day at 3 o'clock to cut my sons hair and she claimed that she doesn't cut kids' hair in the afternoon because that's when kids get fussy. I was so appalled that I didnt even have a response for her.
I've been coming here for a while and always just for haircuts, every time I come she Is either rude to me or somebody else. I've now realized her service doesn't make up for the attitudes of all her workers so I will not be coming back. Even for eyebrows my sister has been waiting for 45 minutes and the ladies are being extremely rude as if we owe them something. I'm just pissed.
Ghada is so funny and knows what she's doing. 37 years of experience, she'll tell you. Honest about what you need done and very helpful. Definitely recommend. The other people there aren't as friendly though. The other reviews might be referring to rude as her just being brutally honest about your hair. We went back in the next day to get highlights, deep conditioning and a blow dry. She did an amazing job with the highlights and her assistant was wonderful and did a fantastic job with the deep conditioning and blow dry. Best salon experience I've ever had
