Don't walk - RUN to get yourself an appointment with Dakota. I cannot believe my luck but I was able to book an appointment with them almost at the last minute and oh my god was it amazing! I came in with a total disaster of a color. And I mean just all around awful (done in LA). I was hoping to have it fixed but Dakota was able to transform it completely! my hair has depth and dimension now all the while looking brighter and being lower maintenance. I regret not asking them to take before and after pics because the result was so so good. Dakota specializes in color and lived-in balayage and they are amazing at it!
