Went in after receiving an email about new management and discount promotion. Pedicure was average, although pricey for what you get. I had originally booked an acrylic manicure with gel, but the technician wouldn't take no for an answer and insisted I get dip and extensions instead (which cost more). I'm getting this mani + pedi since I'll bridesmaid for a wedding so I decided to splurge a little knowing dip usually comes out look very nice. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. The technician tried to talk me into a different color than what I requested and she ended up cutting me / stabbing me a few times under my nail beds with the tools. To top it off the shape I requested she did not do (even though I asked her a few times to change it throughout the process) and all my nails are unevenly shaped. Very disappointing and they look sloppy. I would recommend NOT coming here, there are much better salons to try in Portland worth your money and time.
I made an appointment for 11 o'clock to get a fill because I have to work at 12. They said that the guy was busy running errands and was not going to be there until 12:30. They had 4 other workers in the salon that could've at least fixed my one broken nail but they refused. Screw this place. Don't come here. I've had negative experiences in the past. I should've known not to come back.
Super happy with the acrylic French tip manicure we received from Ryan for our teenage daughter. He spent a lot of time and did a terrific job. Very pleased with the service and will return.
It would be better service if they provide a time that they are available rather than make you wait 25 minutes when you arrive. This has happened twice now and I am going to find another nail salon.
They are very nice and have done a great job, but I usually don't have time to wait that long when I make an appointment.
