happy FEET nails spa in Roanoke, VA

I had a great experience at Happy Feet Nails Spa! I arrived 1 hour before closing to see if they had time for a walk-in before they close. They had a group of women waiting but said if I didnt mind waiting they could get me in tonight. I waited and am so happy I did. Sarah stayed 40 minutes after closing to finish my nails. She and the other workers did not rush but took care of me and made sure my nails were done correctly. I will be back for a pedicure soon!

The people are friendly and the prices are great. I want to like this salon so bad because of how great the people are but I can't recommend this place for anything more than a pedicure. I went to the salon 4 days ago. Shortly after I left I noticed my gel nails weren't flat. The polish thickness is uneven in most areas on each nail. Within two days one nail is already messed up because one of the lumps of nail polish that was uneven I guess chipped off. I will include pictures to show what my nails look like. My feet came out great. I went here one time before and they did my feet And they were great so I thought I would go back and get my feet and hands done big mistake.

I chose this place because of all the good reviews I saw. My experience was awful. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this place. Although the people were friendly, if you want correctly done acrylics or your nails filed at all you might as well just walk back out the door. I had to ask her to file and shape my nails??? After I was cut with the drill, I was then lectured on how to not be so tense and that it was my fault. The tools and facility was not the cleanest as well, so the nick in my skin is a concern to me. Needless to say if you like short nails and dip powder then this may be the place for you. I will not be returning and took the nails I payed full price for off when I returned home.

I went and had my nails done. I also had a pedicure. My pedicure turned out okay. My nails, not so much. I already had acrylics on so I was just looking for a fill in. The fill in was thick, the pain was all over my fingers, and my nails were not even filed. I understand that they were busy and probably under staffed but that is not an excuse to allow me to leave with the nails I did.

Quick manicure was pretty good. They got me in and out with a small wait in my requested 45 minute timeline. Got gel polish and I'm not sure it will last as long as as if I'd done it myself but I know it was rushed. Would give it a try again and would update if a traditional length manicure is fantastic.
