Have been a customer for years but ladt time I went the girl pulled my skin instead of clipping. This is what happened. I went back and talked to owner and when getting a pedicure asked her to be very careful because it was so sore. First thing she said was we didnt do that here! I let that go and told her to not polish leave them plain. She then charged me 30.00 for whsts slways been 25.00 pedicure. Several days later I went to dr and was given 2 antibiotics. I took a pic of my toe and included bills for dr and script and left with owner. I asked to be reimbursed as this was caused by one of their employees. It has been over a month with no response. I expected better from them as I had been a loyal customer. Will never go back nor refer anyone again

This was my first time here. I found it clean and comfortable. I received a pedi and was quite pleased with the care taken and the results. I found the employees friendly and helpful! I will be happy to go back!
Highly recommend Imagine nails and spa! This is my first time going to a nail salon and they were so nice and patient! The owners are the only ones working here so they're constantly booked and I was lucky to get a spot! They opened around 6 months ago. The interior is very clean and refreshing and relaxing. You'll wash your hands first and then sign in at a table and choose your colors. I showed them a white and blue marble design on my phone and she was able to pick colors according to the design. I got dip powder on my natural nails and she was able to do my nails quickly and with attention to detail. The design came out so much better than I anticipated and I'm so happy with how they look! They're super cute! Highly recommend making an appointment with Imagine Nails and Spa!!
