Best place to go in town. I always get a basic polish pedi and, unlike other salons, never feel pressured for up service. They are really nice here, the pedicure lasts an easy 3 weeks and they shape the nails really nicely. The first time I went that massage chair beat me senseless, but now I just don't lean into it.
If I could give zero stars I would. I've never had as horrible of an experience in a nail salon. My niece and I had an appointment. We sat there for over 2 hours while multiple walk-in clients came in, who obviously did not have appointments, and were seated & pedicures started. My niece does acrylic nails & I do SNS powder. After being there for over 2 hours, I left with only my old nails being removed. They did complete my niece's acrylic nails. I was charged $70 for this fiasco & 2 of my niece's nails popped off the next day. There are so many other options in Roanoke I suggest you choose one of them.
They were great! My sister and I went to get pedicure for the first time, my only thing was they didn't have us sitting next to each other. I felt like it have a conversation we were talking for everyone to hear.
Extremely nice employees. I stopped in from out of town to have nail repaired by another salon and they were extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend their salon!!
Everyone was super nice , girl that was training did my toes and a veteran artist did my finger nails . I got gel on feet and hands and after exactly one week it's already peeling off ! Such a disappointment I thought I found a great place but quality is just not there. Disappointed Daughter got her toes done by a veteran and the lady cut her nails very short they were hurting .
