HairAdize Salon in Tempe, AZ

Horrible experience. First off,they told my sister 9am for her appointment, they did not show up until about 9:30am. On top of that, she wanted her hair dyed purple - they ended up instead getting it wrong, and dying her hair DARK BLUE BLACK - which turned her roots green. No apologies here. Very unprofessional, because on top that, they had my sister waiting from 9Am - UNTIL about 1:30pm. Very unprofessional, did not offer up in apologies what so ever, nor did they care that my sister had to PUSH back going to work because of their mistake. They over charge and could be more professional. They've honestly lost about four customers today. Very unprofessional, rude and horrible lack of consideration for their clients. On our way out, they had a new client who had been waiting for an hour, and was leaving.

Expensive as heIl. There are cheaper places for people to get their hair done here in AZ. This b@*%# is just BROKE and has very little clients so she has to OVERCHARGE the few people that actually do go to her. RACHET mother who doesn't care about your hair and that just wants to take your money. She is going to go out of business very soon and it will be all her fault! I won't even feel bad for her. What a shame! Don't recommend this place unless you are careless about your money. Won't be going back!

The Best, classy, clean and proffesional hair salon in the valley. This salon has multiple services we can choose from, such as hair, nails, facials, it even has a tattoo room!@ Kid area that is great to keep the kiddos busy while your relaxing while getting pampered. All first time clients get a free trim. All ethnicities go here which creats a comfortable multicultural enviroment . 10 thumbs up! Absoulutley no disappointments here , this salon promotes healthy hair.

I recently made an appointment with this salon to get my hair done. When I arrived no one was there. I had to wait 30 minutes for some one to arrive. When the staff finally arrived they told me that I was scheduled for later on that day (which I know for a fact that I was not). They insisted that I wait and the hairdresser would get to me asap. I ended up waiting for two and a half hours because my ride had left. When she finally finished my hair it was a disaster. I was there to get a curl.....but my hair was bone straight. I asked her why was my hair straight and she stated that she did not know, but still charged me the full $100 price. I was stupid and naive for paying the full price. She told me that if the curls did not "lock in" to come back. She should not have charged me full price in the first place. I was too scared to go back for a second time. If she could not do a curl I would have much rather been told that from the beginning. I thought that I had finally found a nice salon close to me, but I have never experienced something so horrible. The salon in general is beautiful, but the service for me that day was not good at all. I just take it as a learning experience. I had many family members waiting to see the results so that they could start going to the same salon. Good thing I have thick hair. At least all of it has not fell out (still shedding though).

I've enjoyed getting my hair done at Hairadize for a year or so now. The staff is professional the setting is wonderful, clean, new... There's even a kids room.... I have yet to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. The last time I has there the stylist took time to show how to wet set my hair at home. Although the clientele is largely African American I've also seen happy customers of other ethnicities enjoying the services as well. Something I haven't seen at other black salons. Recently they added a nail technician to the staff. She is awesome, no worries about hygiene the tubs are flushed the full 15 minutes without you having to insist! This is a first for me! Although I live in Mesa I will continue to make the drive. Peace out!
