Just disappointed and unprofessional customer service. Sounds like they are too busy to even reply to you back in a couple of minutes. Don't waste your time. Was able to get another appointment with another salon with no problem. My advice to Julia work on your customer skills and do not treat your customers as a your personal friend. This is first impression, and it really says a lot about the place and the people that work there. Remember we are the customers not you.
This is a delayed post, but back in November India cut my daughter's hair and did a lovely job. My daughter has tons of hair and she got it smooth and silky for school pics :) Great experience! Thanks India!

If something isn't exactly what I wanted at first, I've never had any problems getting the final result I was looking for. I recommended my grandma visit here for a haircut and she was treated very well. I can't speak highly enough of this salon and all the women here!
