I had a horrible experience at the last nail place me and my daughter went to , so I was a little weary to try somewhere new. I wanted to take my daughter to get her nails done over the weekend and figured id try somewhere new. As soon as we walked in, everyone welcomed us. Nancy, the owner did my nails and took her time and was very patient. Unlike my last experience where they rushed through doing my daughters nails, did a horrible painting job and then charged me 60 dollars for a 10 year old. Nancy and her team did a GREAT job and I will be going to Quality Nails from now on! Thanks, Nancy! :)
I went in today and for 1 hr I was the only one there I wasn't happy with the pedicure and he charged me $30.00 if I paid by credit card it was 3% more. I came home and filed my toenail that wasn't even. I won't go back and would never recommend Quality nails to anyone.
I've been coming here for ten+ years, but with the new staff I won't return. I've gotten the same "Christmas toes" for as long as I can remember. The gentleman who did the actual pedicure was nice and earned the only star for this place. The "artist" who painted my toes kept saying she was in a "hurry" and that she'll "fix it". Yeah, I'm laughing at how horrible my toes look. I'm attaching photos of what the artistry looked like previously, and what I received today. My advice: ask a third- grader to paint your toes, you'll be more satisfied. Oh, and it just got even better. I asked for regular polish, not gel. When I asked why they were using the UV they said it was just to help it dry. Now I'm trying to get this sh*tshow off of my toes and it won't come off.
Stopped in for a pedicure and it was lovely. Harry and Nancy took great care of my feet. Would definitely recommend!
I've been here several times and always have a positive experience! The staff provide excellent service and the space is very clean. They value hygiene and work efficiently. There is plenty of parking.
