A friend of mine told me to come here to get my nails done. The first thing that put me off was that while my cuticles were being done, my nail tech was giving someone her lunch order. This made me feel like she was going to rush through my nails and make them look bad. Long story short, they completed my nails and I went home. The next day my white tips were brownish orange. It took multiple calls and emails before I finally got a hold of someone. It was the manager AND the manager's daughter. They ganged up and tried to say it was my fault and that they weren't going to refund me. They said the only thing they can do is to have me come in and they give me a free manicure. I researched the issue and the issue was with the gel they used. It was expired. I had to practically yell at them to give me a refund and eventually got it after about 3 months. This was the WORST customer service I could have received and I will never go there again.
Pay for straightening treatment and it doesn't work, hair is as curly as it was before. They won't return calls now because they know they did wrong and don't want to repair the damage. Wouldn't spend another dime in this place!!
I just had my hair colored for the second time at Hair FX. I love it! My stylist did a awesome job. I have been getting my hair cut there for about a year and always been happy. Several of my co workers go there also. I would recommend them.
