Do not come into this place for nails : I made an appointment a day before & the moment I came into the salon & there was an immensity in the air. They gave me attitude the moment I walked in. From there they sat us down I asked for French tips. They didn't even color my natural nail. Left hairs and scratches on the Acrylic. The lady doing it yelled at me when I told her to please thin out the shape as it was too squared for my liking. She grabbed my hand hard & threw my hand from there she was upset. When she was done I told her I wasn't happy with them and she proceeded to yell at me in front of everyone and I told her to lower her voice it was just nails if she can paint them a solid color. She then said she will charge me extra for the paint when they were doing a full set with color on my aunt for $50 they charged me $57 and then wanted more for a full color: I denied. I paid my bill and left. It is RIDICULOUS how they acted. All of them were making me seem as I was the problem. When the other girl butted in & the guy as well. Harassing me. I just wanted what I asked for.
She then went around the salon showing pics of the nails she put me and that she did them exactly how I said. Which is false. I even showed her photos. She didn't even try to make the white more natural how I wanted. I did not expect her to not paint my natural nails I couldve done this myself for all that $ & trouble.
The point is DO Not go into this a nail salon unless you want people yelling at you & grabbing you in a unprofessional manner. Also making you look ridiculous for asking for what you want. Just bcs they can't deliver. They were lucky I paid! I could've called the police. She was very rude and not professional.  Bad service and even worse customer experience. To add she even proceeded to charge my mother extra. It was the more horrible experience I ever had. AVOID this salon.

My nails don't look anything like what I wanted and it was really over priced for what I got. They were nice just didn't really listen. My nails are bumpy and the paint is very uneven.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. First of all,  I asked for short to medium length and the first nail was perfect then all the rest were much longer. I politely asked to file the rest to the same size as the first and she huffed and filed the crap out of the rest to the point that she made me bleed. She tried to blot it away as if I I didn't feel it. If that wasn't bad enough the woman (Tina) yelled at me for not telling her sooner (even though I did) that I wanted shorter nails. After that I asked for dip and she gave me shellac. And on top of THAT three days later my nail broke so I called ahead to see if they would charge to fix and they said of course not. I went back and they charged me $5 to fix it!! It was the worst nail salon experience I've ever had in my life. I will be sticking to Bliss nails from now on or pretty much anywhere but here.
