If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Lee has time and time again taken multiple other customers while bleach sat in my hair for over an hour! She over books everytime and then ends up rushing through her work. I have spent so much money here at this location but I will NEVER come here again. Just avoid this place at all cost, take your money elsewhere to someone who actually cares about your time.
Excellent service, quick in and out! Fair pricing overall. Clean store and professional employees. I love my hair cut. Stylist has a good reputation and I trusted her with my hair cut after a few visits of observation I was very impressed and confident she wouldn't disappoint. Excellent job on my giving me exactly cut I asked for! She nailed!!
NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. An Asian old lady cut my hair. she asked me how much length she can reduce. I told her max 2 in. but she reduced more than 9 inches. when I went there my hair was under my chest level now it is shoulder length. Also SHE TOOK OFF ALOT OF hair volume. she moved scissors too fast from the top to bottom of my hair like she is cutting some shrub. I felt we cut even shrub with a lot of care and patience. A TOTAL UNSATISFIED AND VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. this place does not deserve a single star.
I have a very basic haircut, no layers or anything , just straight across all one length. I had Lijuan as my stylist and was in the chair for all of 2 min. She rushed through my cut SO FAST. I understand being in a hurry and having a full schedule but it should compromise the quality of the service. My hair was so extremely uneven I can't even believe it. I should've just stuck to letting my husband trim it for me!
I went in for a trim to my curly hair. The environment was sanitary and friendly. A cut and wash only took 10 minutes.
