I've gotten good haircuts here before but the past few times have been really bad. I tried to get a little bit of my hair trimmed, but this one lady spent half of the time giving me a middle part, then slicking my hair back, then gave me another middle part, none of which I asked for. Then, she cut off way too much hair and now I look ridiculous. She also said creepy things. She asked if I wanted her to cut my ear off 3 times, said she "kind of wanted to shave off my eyebrow" and asked if I wanted to go bald at least 4 times. Made me very uncomfortable. I've also never been so covered in hair after a haircut before. I probably have more on my hands than on my head now. This place is good most of the time, but I'm probably not getting my hair cut for a while now.

I know it's hard to find a talented stylist and my expectations are low. I got lucky today though. I was greeted promptly and cheerfully and taken back immediately even though I didn't make an appointment ahead of time. The woman who cut my hair took her time, and seemed to care about whether she did a good job and made me happy. She suggested ways to help me keep my hair looking great. I appreciated the proactive stance as when I've asked stylists for suggestions in the past, I've gotten either worthless advice or "I don't know."

Placed an appointment and checked in for 12:00pm wasn't taken back until 12:41. 3 stylists working and only 2 customers in the salon who were all short haired men. Not sure what the delay or poor customer service were caused by but to wait 40+ minutes when you have a scheduled appointment is ridiculous. Spend your money elsewhere, they clearly don't want it. Not to mention they write reviews about themselves yet still can't get 4+ stars. Tells you pretty much everything you need to know about this place.

I only come to this location for my sons haircuts. Amanda is has been our stylist for years and we wouldn't go to anyone else. She is so good- we show her what he wants and she knows how to do it. I can't recommend her enough!

I drive an hour to visit this location because the service and my style cut is always met. Amanda is one of the best hair dressers that I have come across in a long time !! As long as she's at this location I will continue to make the drive!!
