Extremely unwelcoming to young children. As soon as they saw them the vibe changed. They barely spoke to me or them. The stylist who cut my two year old was amazing and I could not say enough great things about her she really worked with him as best she could. The stylist who had short blonde hair who cut my 5 year old barely talked to him was obviously annoyed she had to do a kids cut. He is very good for hair cuts and sits still and left him looking like the photo attached. She spiked it before we left like he wanted so we didn't see the extent of this horrible haircut til the next day. 60 dollars for two kids haircuts with tip and now I have to get his fixed.

Staffing problems. Waited 40 minutes past my arrival time and appointment time. Everyone take your breaks and take your time sweeping. I'll be back when you can meet the appointment times. No, no 25% tips.

I've been a customer of Sports Clips for many years, but this chain has definitely been on of my best experiences. The staff is very knowledgeable in their craft, the facilities are always kept clean, waiting lines are not obnoxiously long, and they also offer military discount. During my visits to this location, I've had the experience of getting my hair cut from three different stylists, not by choice, but each stylist had to quit or moved on to pursue a different career. It's never easy trusting your hair to a different stylist and hope it would come out as well as the last, but during the three switches, the style of cut done on my hair only got better. This is the testament of skilled stylists sports clips of this location hires. I have had experiences where stylists in other locations lacked the skills to do basic fades, but every hair cut I have got from this location, I always left happy. Because I've gone here for so long, almost everyone knew who I was and some even knew the style I wanted from watching the previous stylists. Overall, I always enjoy going here. I definitely recommend this location to those looking for a good stylist.

Highly disappointed! Would not recommend. Took my 9-year-old son in for a simple cut. From the get go, the stylist, Kristin, was downright rude (no hi/hello, smile, or even eye contact). She kept barking orders at my son to stop moving when he was not even moving!! I stepped closer to observe and she continued to bark the same commands, all the while being extremely rough in shoving his head one way or the other. She continued to yell many random comments such as she wasn't there to cut her fingers. The poor kid was almost in tears and looking at a stunned me. I was stunned speechless. At some point she decided "he's done" and got the kid off the chair. Never asked if he liked the cut or if anything else was needed. I looked at him and the front part of his hair was uneven and odd. I asked if we could even out that part but she said it's because of how he parts his hair and she just turned and walked away. Stood by the shower area and turned her back on us. We were summarily dismissed. I am highly disappointed. If you have small children, this is definitely not the place for a haircut!
