This is an awesome location! They are always so friendly and do a great job every time I get my haircut there. They also usually have a much shorter wait time than the one down the road on Houghton by Fry's. Highly recommend!
My wife and I had our haircuts at the same time and here are the things we appreciated about our time there. Both stylists listened to what our requests were at the start and verified them as they worked. Both were very proficient in their work. The atmosphere was one of service oriented professionals !
Great Clips is hit-or-miss for me. I've had some good and bad haircuts at both Rita Ranch locations. My most recent haircut was rather disappointing. I don't want to judge the stylist based on one experience, but there was definitely a lack of communication, though the stylist was very friendly. Maybe my style was outside this stylist's comfort zone; I'd rather be passed off to someone else if that's the case. If you want a pretty basic haircut at a great price, go for it. If you have any doubts, make sure the stylist is understanding what you want before they get started. I also highly recommend checking in with the app before driving there to avoid long wait times.
My son was getting a haircut yesterday at great clips and it was an hour before closing and as my son was getting a haircut the barbers coworker is signaling her to hurry up so they can close, and as that's happening she messes up my sons hair and is forced to cut his hair really short. It was an hour before closing and they still decided to hurry up.
I got my hair trimmed and layered. My bangs were sooooo long!! My hair grows quick too so next month it'll be longer.
