Took two hours for a basic manicure and pedicure. Very busy, crowded, really couldnt wait to leave
I've been going to this nail salon for the past 2 years. Sadly because they did a better job than the other nail salons in this area (Cortaro, Silverbell and I-10). Their prices keep going up and their quality down. I was there 6 days ago, paid $102 plus tip for a full set and gel polish on my toes. Last night I took a bath and the gel polish on my toes peeled off. Gel polish is supposed to last at least 2 weeks!! What the heck! Very disappointed to see the quality of work. This has happened in the past and I return so they can fix it. But time is priceless and I can't be wasting an entire hour or two for them to fix their errors. They should do a good job from the first time. Never again will I step foot here. And if you don't like throwing your money away, don't go to Delicate Nails.
This place is way too busy and crazy. They work too fast and don't care about the quality of their work. My last visit, they had me twisted to the side doing a manicure while I was trying to get a pedicure. Distracting, rushed and not relaxing. It has become all about volume here.
I have always had a great experience at this salon. Sophie gives THE BEst Pedicures. I won't go anywhere else to get my nails and pedicures done! High recommend! Just a FYI you cannot put tips on your card (cash, Zelle, cashapp accepted for tips, depending on worker).
The tech's tools had obviously been used on others before me. Her table top was covered in acrylic debris and no towel was laid down to provide a cleaner working surface. She nicked the skin above the cuticle with the nail drill on 4 of my fingers, which left scabs, and split the side of one of my nails with her rough use of the nail file, and pulled it off with her fingers. The dip color did not match what was on the sample, so she used gel polish that was close to what I'd asked for, and charged me extra. The sides of my nails show the different colors and the tops are lumpy. I won't be going back.
