Gadabout SalonSpas - River/Campbell in Tucson, AZ

After not touching my hair for a few years i decided to try this salon out to start the process of going lighter. I've been blonde before so i know you're not going to get as light as you want the first time around. But i wasn't trying to go platinum, just honey like. But the lack of communication from the stylist made it to where i wouldn't come back and would not recommend. I was told that "foils" would be around $125 and any additional color needed would be extra. I was not given a choice or made aware that they were adding additional services so my assumed bill of $150 ended up being over $300 !!!! On top of the cost shock, i was told when given an inspo pic that it was for sure achievable. Once my service was ended i was given reasons why she chose different. So i ended up with uneven tones and harsh lines. Had that been communicated with me that it was in fact not achievable, i may have went a different route. I absolutely hate my hair and can't fix it for another two months. Never again.

I have been to Gadabout several times and my mother did before I did as well. I can't wait to see what my hair will look like this time.

Suzette was absolutely fabulous, lovely and accommodating. She corrected a dye job I was unhappy with, and she did phenomenal work. Walked out feeling like a new person. I cant wait to go back.

If you are blonde don't even consider going here. I've been going here for a year now and they have just ruined my blonde hair. No one can do a simple foil it's mind blowing. I've seen several stylists and have had to go back in to get it fixed twice now because they just can't do it. I was just in getting it fixed again and she was working on me and another girl at the same time so it took twice as long. She also never styled my hair she just blow drys it and says I'm don. It's so over priced and you'll never be fully happy with it. I have also tried a few products and they are just a scam. Overpriced again and they don't work at all. Don't waste your money go literally anywhere else. I'm not ever going back.
