Meredith R. did my roots and did a beautiful job on 9/22/21. Long story short, I had gotten a haircut and retouch on 9/21/21 at the Price Club Plaza location, and for some reason, the dye on my roots didn't stick, or my hair didn't want respond well to it (the result was that my roots turned burnt orange while the rest of my hair color was all black; I wanted all black). Vanessa from the Price Club Plaza location thoughtfully went out of her way and spoke to Meredith and had asked her not to charge me because it was a color correct. Vanessa was the one who recommended I go to another location to get my roots done again, because she unfortunately ran out of dye at her location on 9/21 (it was either a bad batch of dye or my hair didn't respond well to it; this has happened before over the summer at the Price Club Plaza location where my roots turned burnt orange and Vanessa even then took the time to correct it at no charge at that location). I wanted a blow-dry and style, and Meredith did great on that as well. Thank you, Meredith (and Vanessa), for making this possible today, and for helping me correct my color. Meredith, you are a talented stylist! I love how you did my roots! I love Supercuts and the stylists there. They will go out of their way to make things right if you are unsatisfied with your haircut or color.
Just got my hair cut and Anastasia did a great job. She was very professional, cut my hair as I described to her, but what was even better was how knowledgeable she was about how to get me the best cut, and helped to thin out my thick hair. I am already so excited to have lighter and healthier hair with those ends trimmed off. Thank you!
