My husband went in for a hair cut. He had a picture of how he wanted his hair done. Ashley either didn't look at the picture close enough or didn't care. It looks like she took a #4 all over his head instead of the top being longer. When she saw my distaste of the cut she even said is it to short? But didn't offer to try to fix it.
I've patronized this Great Clips since moving into the area in May 2013. I've had nothing but good experiences. The cuts looks great, and the stylists have been very friendly...and respectful. On those occasions when I haven't felt particularly chatty, they've done their work without talking too much. Overall, a good choice!
I've always had great haircuts here. I am extremely picky so that's saying a lot. The staff is super friendly and the waits, if any, are super short. I will continue to go here and will continue to tip 25% at least - they deserve it.
After she cut my hair I had to ask her - "have you ever looked at what your doing?" One side longer than the other, unbalanced, choppy - glad my hair grows fast.
The only way I could have gotten a faster hair cut would have been for her to spin the chair and hold the clippers against my head...it was an under-three-minute haircut, and I was the only person in the place (now I know why!)
