Shi Salon in St. Louis, MO

The first time I went too this salon was outstanding. The service was good even though I asked for only a haircut . Marie decided to style my hair the end result was good didn't even complain about the price even left a tip. Now we r in November made an appointment last Saturday at 12:15 that was provide by her assistant Stacy. Sat there for two hours n I decided to tell Marie I would make another appointment n she said she's sorry n when I come back on Saturday 11-11 it will be on her. Initially today my appointment was at 12:45 made by Stacy no problem. I called Maria before my appointment time she asked if I could come in early, no problem get to her shop in  timely manner of course she had  people waiting in her chair. Sat ther from 11:00 am - 1:30 pm still no haircut n all she could say is she's sorry. This is sloppy poor customer service n I would never recommend anyone to go n waste time at The Shi Salon it's not worth it. She's a T.W. Time Waster .

Everything about SHi Salon is pure elegance. But what I love the most is the transformation.

Owner, Marie, has satisfied literally every hairstyle I've had from a short pixie cut to long blonde hair and now - a natural look - and to see how long my hair will grow ... just a hair goal of mine.

With her expertise in healthy hair growth, yes, she's a master, but it's bigger than that. When I visit SHi Salon, it hits my soul. She has built a relationship with my hair and teaches me how to style my hair when I get home because transparency moment: I do NOT know how to style my hair outside of a ponytail and bun.

From the products she uses and styling accessories, I always feel super empowered to try the styles she taught me. I'm so grateful for her.

Parking is available on and off the street and when you arrive - knock. I highly recommend Marie! If you're looking for a stylist to grow with - she's the one for you!

She showcased her amazingness all over the world - Fashion Week to Magazine covers - Marie is heaven sent!

I had one of the BEST experiences of my life, it was my birthday and I am receiving chemo treatments and needed to cut my hair.

I was anxious and nervous  but the staff and clients at the salon were all blessings to my soul!

My hair was assessed and a professional recommendation was made that would help me manage my hair long term.

I even took note of a mentorship taking place, a beautiful thing happening amongst my sisters.

I received more than a haircut, I was blessed.
