Ive been coming to this nail salon for quite some time now! I love it. Besides this nail tech she is so rude. I refused her services & went to my regular nail tech. She pushed something off the table as she was walking by & some of it spilt on me. Glass went all over the floor. She was talking crap in English & every time I dont get a pedicure she calls me broke. I've gotten one before & she doesnt even do it right. Her pedicures aren't worth the money. Half the time she wasnt even wearing a mask or gloves. Very unsanitary especially during this time. The other nail techs & workers are great!
Disappointed but, you can't get a good manicure on the south side. Save your money and drive to the county.
Do not go! Was in here for 5 minutes asked for my acrylics to be removed and a full set to be put back on! He said okay then while serving another customer leaned over and drilled a nail sloppy so it cut my finger! He didn't even say SORRY! Then he tried to tell Me my acrylics needed to be removed WHICH IS WHAT I SAID IN THE FIRST PLACE! I told him this and showed him the cut and he didn't apologise but stroked the wound with a dirty finer! I said NO!!!! And got out of there quick!!!!
Not at all impressed! The smoke detector was apparently low on battery because it beeped every 10 seconds or so. Their equipment had a short in it it so she kept having to wiggle the cord while doing my nails. I asked for my toe polish to match my gel on my nails and they are not even close! I will not be returning.
The location of this nail salon is LESS to be desired Forsure. It's on gravois in a slightly sketchy area. There was no parking lot, on gravois parking only & when I got there @ 11:30 there was already 3 cars in front of the store, my car barely made it as The 4th car, as I didn't want to block another business or be too far away from the salon as I have a new car . The inside was very run down , white chairs w pleather all rubbed off, spa chairs didn't look comfortable or very spa like, & equipment had lots of nail polish stains & not very clean. Now you think , all the negatives , why the 4 stars. Well Ann did a beautiful job on my nails & she was nice & patient . That means a lot to me these days. Her nail polishing & shaping suited me Nicely, & for that reason I will go back because for that area , it is what it is.
