I was nervous about going here because of the reviews but I am so glad I did! I wasn't able to get into my other place, so I decided to try out Nail Club. They did such an amazing job and I love their selection of dip nail color choices. I decided to go with an ombré nail and I couldn't be happier!
I did my nails on Monday and they damaged my nails so bad. I grew my nails out and went in for a filling and gel color. My nails lifted completely and paid $51 and when I went back few days later they wanted to charge me $35 to fix and save my nails. Worse customer care and disrespectful to customers
They do good work. We made an appointment at 7pm for a gel manicure and a full set. An hour and a half later my daughter still wasn't finished with her full set. I had to cancel dinner plans because this was taking so long. We will NEVER be back!!! I was told 10 mins so many times over the last 45 mins I'm livid!
This place is a dump! It smells so bad of cigarettes our clothing stunk when we left. The hygiene was horrible. The old lady who did my cuticles for my feet used the same one for my nails without sterilization. She cut on my toes so hard it it still hurts today(2 days later)
Yelp had put it at 4 1/2 stars- I would give it zero if I could!i just hope I don't get a fungus or something else from that disgusting place,,,,
