Some of the employees here think ones head is a basketball as they dribble as they cut hair. Mentioned to employee, much gentler after my comment. A great haircut.

Unprofessional atmosphere. Very dusty, dirty, unsanitary conditions where the stylists are reusing dirty guards on every single customer,dirty shears, will absolutely accept lice ridden clients and go about business as usual (per the assistant managers own words) abhorrent management, absolutely awful experience. Will not be doing any business with great clips now or in the future. The stylists are doing a great job under completely awful management. They are talented, well meaning individuals doing the absolute best they can given the awful conditions. Corporate blames the franchisees and the franchisees blame corporate. Absolutely no corporate training when hired Spend the extra 5 bucks and get a real haircut.... don't waste your time with this company.

There prices are very cheap for a reason. I wanted my hair trimmed before date night. Gal took forever and kept needing to ask questions from another stylist about what to do. There haircuts are cheap so I still brought my boy there. His haircut is basic so no issues right. The lady doing his hair had a scowl on her face the whole time. We have not been back.

I stop in for a walk in and they tell me 5 minutes. Mean while 10 kids come in from the online check in. So my 5 minute wait is 30 min. $10 haircut I can go somewhere else. Seems like you think they would have one of the workers handling walk in.

Average generic great clips. Haircuts are $15, not sure if the price went up or it's just the particular location. But it was at this great clips that I got the best haircut of my life by KIM. Usually I just go in and hope I get the hott one. But from now on I'll be asking for her.
