Love coming into any Great Clips especially with the ability to do Online Check In. Love this location, love all the employees, especially Britney (sorry if misspelled) and honestly, just check the online wait time before you come so you know how long you may wait. Always a clean and welcoming location and I have no reason to ever not take myself or my kids here when we need our hair cut. Thank you staff at Lake Elsinore Great Clips!
They suck at doing haircuts. Did not get what I asked for. I am very disappointed and upset
We usually have had a great experience at great clips, been to a couple of their locations. But the one on Lake Elsinore was truly disappointing. Had a bad experience with Emma, she seemed to have an attitude when we asked her to kind of even out the hair from the back, she left it worst. So my son said it was fine, which it wasn't. She doesn't seem to know what she is doing. I don't not recommend getting a hair cut with her at all. My son is very unhappy
My daughter with special needs came to this Great Clips to get a wash, cut, and detangle. She used to come every two weeks to get help managing her hair. The first time she went, her hair was extremely tangled and it did take a long time to brush out. She tipped the hairdresser well and they charged her extra for detangling. She went in again but the tangles weren't as bad, it took about 15 minutes worth of time and the hairdresser complained when she got a $10 tip instead of a larger one like the last time. My daughter went in a few days ago to do the same thing and they told her that Great Clips doesn't brush through hair anymore. They told her to go do it herself and come back for her wash and hair cut. She tried explaining her disabilities and issues with being able to brush through her hair herself and they were way less than understanding and told her she should just brush it herself once more. I will NEVER step foot back in this place. For the record, she went to Great Clips in Menifee and they washed, brushed, and cut her hair within 20 minutes so it's not like her hair was majorly matted or anything. It boils my blood when people refuse to help those with disabilities and that is exactly what happened here.
I get great haircuts from here but I checked in online when leaving San Dimas to make sure I'd be first in line when I got here. I got here and I was dropped from the list. Now there is a 90 minute wait. Ridiculous!
