Poor service! They don't even try to match colors from pictures. I asked for gel manicure and they wanted to make me get powder. She kept messing up and tried blaming me for moving. Pedicure was not bad. When I went to pay she wanted me to Zelle or Venmo her extra tip for the gel! Why would I have to pay extra if it's already included in the manicure. She got mad even though I had already added a tip to my total. Definitely not going back there again.

I think this nails salon needs to get with the times a little. First they dunk your hands in acetone or whatever the chemical is to get your dip nails off. The other salons I have been to put cotton swaps straight on the nail and wrap them in foil. Dip nails are supposed to be done without uv lights. That's the whole point. They used gel. My other salon does a 3 min setting air dry polish. They also do that crap where they tell you 15 min. And then stick your hands in a bowl for 20-30 min before they actually get to you. Why oh why do salons do this. Just be honest. Say 45 min wait. And then you can plan your day. My nails are ok. They look nice enough. Although they are all different lengths and the filing job wasn't stellar. Won't be back. Atmosphere. Nothing special.

My wife has been with the same nail technician for 20 years she moved to OC, Finding Allure nails & Spa where she is so happy with not only the customer service, but her dip nails have been transformed and beautiful !! Thank you for making my Queen feel special! Thank you Kathy & Wendy

Moving forward, I am unable to compromise my discomfort or how I have to heal after my salon visits here. Especially since the same experience just happened with another guest I referred and accompanied me to this salon on Sunday. I feel like I support small businesses pretty fairly and within reason. I have to bring this recent visit to the salon's attention so that maybe it can help in the future and I recognize that I should try to speak up more as well during the visits: my guy and I are still feeling the discomfort from another cut (thumb for me and four toes for him) and soreness from our recent fill and pedicure on Sunday (now Wed). This past visit felt a bit off and impersonal too, not sure why, but I just didn't feel welcomed, despite my years of patronage. Also, despite beautiful acrylic nails and gel polish. designs painted so cleanly and well, I have to admit that on more occasions than not, as it happened this weekend, I leave with cuts on my cuticles or sore nail beds due to nail glue peeled back during a filing and then it cuts my skin, or cuticles cut too deeply on pedicures and having sore nails (the soreness that happens similar to when you have a hangnail, and it's very painful and uncomfortable.). The pain is like getting hang nails, or like paper cuts and it's just not visible all the time, but the pain is there and it is very uncomfortable. While I always have beautiful nails without fail, I do leave with discomfort and pain for the first 3-5 days after. Maybe the salon staff can keep this in mind for reference. The attached photos show one instance just for reference, but it occurs often, so keep that in mind and/or anticipate mentioning to the staff if it's happening during your appt. (I don't speak up, and I probably should- I recall once I spoke up only because of burned so painfully during the filing and I could r tolerate it any longer). They always do heel fine, but it's just uncomfortable for some time after. My nails always end up looking beautiful though. Not to be so lengthy,,but I feel like I should explain myself more as this isn't a complaint to cause any harm. Moving forward, I would hate for myself or anyone else to experience this pain if it can be prevented. I visited this past weekend with my guy and he wanted a pedicure to just hang out that afternoon together, like we often do every couple months. I appreciated getting in for an appointment last minute, just a couple days prior. I only mentioned this recent visit because my guy has been having issues wearing shoes since the pedicure. Keep in mind, we frequent salons for pedicures every couple months together just as a day date or impromptu break from work together. We aren't fussy about salons for pedicures and I felt like bringing him back to this salon since I needed a fill at the time. Wendy is always kind enough to schedule me in. Mind you, if by chance I am on a close time schedule I do double check and mention to her or her staff that I have a time schedule to keep just in case she may be running late to get to me (which it does/can happen usually) As previous clients may have mentioned in reviews, while I've turned a blind eye to it when it happens to me, I rarely start my appt on the scheduled time. If I see she may be running behind, sometimes I'll change my mind and get a pedicure as a walk-in. If making appts, keep in mind to keep a flexible schedule if making appointments at this salon.

Well All I can say is Thank You so much....I'm a person who look at people's Reviews & I seen Nothing but Good Reviews on this Nail Salon.....So I said let me make an appointment & come here & it was a nice place to come..... I would like to say Thank u to Apple 4 my Pedicure
