Shape Brow Threading Salon in Lake Elsinore, CA

i just went in to get my eyebrows done. she sharpened out my brows really good but she didn't clean them out fully. she mainly cleaned out the bottom of my browns and left the top of my eyes with hairs. but i really love how she shaped out my brows. i just wish she cleaned them out fully. i didn't realize when i was inside or else i would of told her something but as soon as i went to my car i seen it right away. also, the chair she uses isn't stable or an actual chair that's comfy to do eyebrows. i had to lay down really low to where my butt was almost off to be able to do lay my head right.

The worst eye brow experience I have ever had in my life! I am new to the neighborhood and came in for just a clean up of my eye brows. I explained to the owner that I didn't want to touch the shape just a small clean up at the bottom. I told her no arch, no cutting down whatsoever . She said "trust me ". So as she proceeded to thread my brows I can feel her taking my eye brows down by her aggressive threading . She has a handicapped teenager in the chair that who was yelling in which she was distracted even more so. She answered the phone in the middle of my service. My stomach turned into knots after i looked into the mirror to see my eye brows were super thin! She then tells me that my eyebrows were dirty and that I needed to clean up. Insisting that my eyebrows look good. I don't recommend anyone to ever step foot into this salon!!

Love my brows! Sonya is super sweet and gave me exactly what I needed! Highly recommend this salon! Must give it a try! You won't be disappointed.

Wanted to try someone new and decided to give this place a shot. I really liked it and would definitely go back!
