First all all App showed head to store 15 minute wait time. I get there and wait is more like 40 minutes. The lady that was cutting a guys hair took tons of time. Total 2 people were working. The other lady didn't want to help me. She seem to have racist issues. She took someone after me. I still will continue going Angela that works there has never treated me like this.
Checked in online after confirming it was a 36-minute wait. Arrived precisely on time after 36 minutes. Went to the front desk to confirm that I had arrived and gave them my name. They confirmed I was on the list and I verified it on the screen. Said it would be a few minutes. After 35 minutes of waiting (and name after name below mine on the list being called), I went up to the front to re-confirm that I was checked in. They said it looked like I wasn't checked in yet. Great. I was finally seen 1 hour and 15 minutes after checking in online. Believe it or not, this wouldn't have been a huge deal, but they acted like it was MY fault. I checked in online, I confirmed I was checked in once I arrived and I was the only one waiting in the lobby for quite some time. How is this my fault? And why did no one seem to notice that I had been there forever? I was in the lobby alone for quite some time. But wait, there's more! They had no record of me, even though I've been here several times. Whatever. I tell the hairdresser the haircut I'd like and I'm questioned about it. "Are you sure?" Yes, I want my hair shorter. That's why I came here. For a haircut. She proceeds to spend about two minutes total on my hair, obviously wanting me to get out as quickly as possible. Didn't cut it as short as I wanted, even though I gave the specific numbers I've been giving hairdressers for decades. Thanks a bunch for the excellent customer service!
On my way to get my basic haircut fixed at another place because the lady cutting today would rather tell you how long she's been cutting hair instead of fixing it straight. My head was on its way to looking like a lego block if I didn't leave. Apparently she's been doing this to people for 26 years...that's a long line of victims. Oh why am I mad?? Probably because Stevie Wonder could land a drone on top of my perfectly flat haircut.
