I took my grandson in for a trim on top and shorter on the sides and back. We walked out with a total buzz cut. When I asked to speak to the manager, the stylist (if you can call her that) said there is no manager. I ended up speaking with a different lady and before I got out one sentence she took a phone call. She didn't excuse herself just left me hanging. After they both continued to tell me that's what my grandson asked for (second stylist was no where around when first stylist was cutting his hair so I have no idea how she could make that allegation), I let them know I told her what style to cut his hair. So they listen to a 12 year old over the paying adult??? When I asked for their names, stylist #2 told me they don't have to share that information, as I'm not the police or an investigator. Isn't it a requirement to have your license with your name posted??? I guess not at the Great Clips in Chehalis. The rules don't apply to them.

Hell no, I had to pay for a repair haircut after this place cut my hair! My haircut was not shave on my neck and it was all crooked.
I came here to get a trim for my two boys. After verifying we checked in online, and that we were next on they're list, the hair dresser skipped my two kids and called the 3rd guy down. Her excuse was that we didn't "respond fast enough" even though my son was walking up to the counter. I think she just didn't want to do a child's haircut. We sat back down and waited while staff focused on other things such as reorganizing magazines rather than helping us.
We decided to give this place one last try as they do have more than one stylist. However it will be the last! My 15 year old son got straight in. Several others arrived and I noticed after 20 min two of them had their haircuts finished and were leaving. I went in and checked and my son was still in the chair. Finally after 40 min he walks out and looks like Jim Carey off dumb and dumber ! Nothing like the pic this teen showed the stylist. I highly advise you go elsewhere. You are taking a chance here. I am currently sitting in the car waiting for them to correct it and we are now at 1 hr 5 min for a hair cut. I have a feeling we will just be shaving his head when we get home.
